Overview
Veteran Marketing is a single-page marketing and lead generation platform built for Intellectual Point, targeted specifically at United States veterans exploring career transition programs. The site combines a polished multi-step intake form at the top with a full informational landing page below, giving veterans everything they need to understand the program and book a consultation in one place.
When a veteran submits the form, a meeting is automatically booked through Cal.com and a new lead is created in Monday.com for the team to track and follow up on.
The Problem
Intellectual Point needed a dedicated, purpose-built experience for reaching veterans. Not a generic contact form, but something that felt personal, guided, and worthy of the audience. The intake process needed to capture the right information upfront, get a call on the calendar immediately, and route the lead into the team's existing workflow without any manual entry.
The Form
The intake form is the centerpiece of the page, a fully custom multi-step flow designed to feel more like a conversation than a form:
- Step 1: Personal Details. First name, last name, email address, and phone number.
- Step 2: Service Questions. A tailored set of questions about the veteran's background, military service, and what they're looking to achieve through the program.
- Step 3: Date Selection. A custom calendar where the veteran picks their preferred consultation date, populated with real availability pulled dynamically from Cal.com.
- Step 4: Time Slot Selection. Available time slots for the selected date, sourced from Cal.com in real time.
On submission, Cal.com handles meeting booking and sends out all confirmation and reminder emails automatically. Simultaneously, a new lead record is created in Monday.com so the team can track the prospect's status, notes, and next steps from within their existing workflow.
